All information on the DOE's website is accessible to consumers, manufacturers, retailers and other agencies on a national scale. All entities that are associated with the LED industry such as manufacturers, retailers, lighting professionals and EE (electric energy) sponsors may apply to partner with the DOE if they meet certain requirements outlined in the program.
